OMG, I made these this weekend and will bring them to our potluck will they will get RAVAGED.
THANK YOU! I am already going to make a wasabi-ginger one and/or a BBQ honey one. YUM! Karyn's in Chicago used to sell a sweet honey/vinegar one that of course was popular, but I love yours much better.
My dressing is fairly similar, I think honestly almost any salad dressing could be used.
I WILL POST A PICTURE LATER TODAY! :-)

Yes, these deserve a picture! As I experiment more, I'll post how they go. I am just thrilled to finally have the motivation to make kale chips. Karyn sold them for SOOO much, and used too much honey. Salty/sour is where it's at for me, and now I can finally break my on and off Kettle Chip addiction! :-)

I think BABY SPINACH or even those mixed spring greens, etc, would be perfectly CHIP SIZED. What about you?
I let my clients all taste them and they were all addicted in one bite. Tonight is the potluck....

Awesome Chips!
Hi Erica,
So glad you are enjoying them and great pic! My husband used to have the same 'Kettle Chip' addiction too. These totally save him from devouring an entire bag himself. You are right; any salad dressing can be used for the kale. I just wouldn't use any oil in the dressing because it tends to go rancid very quickly. I have used this dressing on collards, spinach and zucchini but I still love kale the best. It's the only way I can eat a whole bowl full of kale. Let me know what else you create; I'd love to try some of your recipes.
~For those of you who haven't made these yet, they are soooooooooooo worth it. Experiment and let me know what you think!

i tried them too!
These are super yummy! One of my fav restaurants had salmon skewers w/ flash fried(which made it super crispy)garlic spinich sprinkled on top and then drizzled w/ a cream sauce. I cant wait to experiment w/ the kale chips and add them to veggie skewers, zucchini pasta etcetcetc

1 Tbsp BBQ Seasoning
Ginger Wasabe Dressing:

2 Tbsp Miso
1/4 C Nama shoyu

PS You were so right, the tahini does give a nice cheesy taste.

Hey All,
I'm contributing some catering to a local herb shop opening, and due to my fast and all, I was like, "WHAT would be easiest/best to do, that is so obviously RAW but like AWESOME?" It had to be something I didn't have to taste while making it, too...
So, behold my platter of Goddess Chips!
It is very hard not eating them.
Nuff said.
:-)
My point is, THESE ARE PERFECT FOR GATHERINGS! I still have not experimented with the Ginger Wasabe (and miso & a touch of orange) and the Honey BBQ ones yet, but I look forward to it. I will also be bringing like 2 gallon bags at least when I fly to NY this fall. :-)
