I hope you feel better soon, Monkapotapus!! Ginger tea helps me with nausea, I don't know if you've tried it, but if not, it may be worth a try.

I went for a run today again. Shorter than usual, but after a week and still feeling not quite on top, I didn't want to stretch it too much. It was good, and I feel it in my whole body.

Thank you gals!

I feel 100% better now - I ended up fasting until around 1pm yesterday - then my stomach was like "FEED ME NOW!!!"

I think I'm going to try some yoga today - will report later~

Saturday 2/27/10

I just got done doing Shiva Rea's Sun Salutations Yoga video - you can choose what you'd like to do - which parts/how long - kind of nice.

I ended up doing a 45min practice today

Goodbye, February! You were a lovely month full of challenges... I didn't do Yoga every single night, this month, but I did keep up at least 3x's/wk for my personal Challenge.

And the Yoga expo two weeks in was still... OMGoodness.... really the high point of the month, I must say.


I found a Yoga buddy to go to a Bikram class with me once a week! Hooray!
