I felt very cold during my first raw winter. I had lost weight and was probably underweight. I do not have a problem now.

Default I've cut back on what i'm eating, postion control.

I'm losing inches in my waist and i'm overjoyed
3 1'2 inches in 2 weeks and i just can't believe it.
I use to be so tiny and then i started taking weight on drinks and now i'm sorry.
After menopause the weight really came on and didn't want to leave and i'm 5'1 and don't need it.
I hope to lose about 30 lbs.

Could be hormonal - or thyroid related... I'm in peri-menopause and I'm often too hot or too cold. I have thyroid issues as well. *Ü*

Default Thanks Deb.

I need to have a thyroid test done i guess.
I'm constanly having to force myself to exercise, my metabolism is so slow and i am slowly losing some inches but my weight is staying the same.

Hi Bethanie ~ There's 2 typical hypo-thyroid symptoms, being cold and slow metabolism. I wasn't able to get my thyroid issues on the mend until I stopped seeing the endocrinologist (sigh) and started seeing a Holistic MD. *Ü*

Skin Brushing is recommended for these sort of things, It's really good for circulation and should help to get warm a lot better, if done on a daily basic before jumping in the shower.

One lady I know of did this. After a day or two, she noticed a huge improvement in feeling warm and feeling less cold.

Always skin brush toward the heart, never away from it.

Do a research on it, you'll find a lot of valuable info.

If skin brushing is good then the rebounder should be good as well.
