    Pudding.
Here is my favorite ways to make fruit puddings:
Put the following into a food processor (a blender leaves to much in the bottom....I don't want to waste a drop of this)
About 2-3 cups frozen or fresh berries (I love it with strawberries).
The flesh of one avocado (trust me on this, it makes it creamy).
    1/3 cup almond butter.
a couple tbsp coconut oil (optional, for extra richness, I do it both ways).
    enough water to blend.
sweetener to taste - I usually don't need it.
vanilla extract or the seeds from a vanilla bean - don't add it if I don't have it and still tastes great.
Blend until smooth and creamy! Its delicious and filling, and so
healthy you can eat it for breakfast.

    Fruit, definitely fruit.
Like a really really ripe mango...
A really ripe, soft, sweet honeydew melon...
And cucumber juice, it has an interesting effect; it puts me in this peaceful mood.

    Default Young cocos, mangoes

Watermelon (which I adore) definitely has a different effect. boom! Energy!!!!! Run around like a maniac!

Papaya can also bliss me out, but those are harder to find really ripe here. I ate fresh durian in Thailand, and all the Thais said that it would make me "hot" and unable to sleep (not sure what was meant by that), but it was just nice and rich...no problem sleeping, that's for sure. They also said, "don't eat them too often, you will get fat!" I don't care as much for frozen durian, so I think that will be a very occasional thing!

    Ok, 3 things:

    Room Temperature Mangoes
    Young coconuts
    Cold watermelon
    Cold cantaloup

But....I think the VERY BEST THING in the world is banana slices rolled in Wilderness Family Naturals freeze dried coconut. Trust me, it CAN NOT be any coconut, it must be WFN coconut. It's incredibly special....so sweet it tastes like candy.

I should add....my entire temperament/mood changes when I eat mangoes. Whatever stress I feel just melts away. It's really amazing the impact they have on me!
