I gave this to my son last night. It's just avocado & grape tomatos with Annie's raspberry vinagrette dressing. I would love for him to have salads and he does try to eat them but he doesnt yet have the chewing power for greens yet - he is 19months.
What I did do to encourage my six year old to eat more salad was this. I made a game of it one afternoo. I went out and bought SIX different Annie's dressings and poured a bit of each into tiny tasting bowls. I then served this with a bunch of salady type veggies and asked her to pick and choose. She had a great time and I learned no matter what I put on it she WILL NOT eat a tomato!! ha ha ha.
