Default sad weight vs raw weight

Do you think if you ate alot of raw to gain weight it would be gained in the same places as if you gained weight from sad food?

I understand that the number and placement of fat cells in your body never changes, they just get bigger or smaller in response to your intake versus output ratio. This would lead me to think that the fat build up would be the same but I can not say for certain. I do not imagine that you can put on enough weight on raw for this to make any difference or for you to look out of proportion.

One of the many benefits of the raw diet is that it causes your body to take the shape nature designed. SAD foods cause us to have shapes nature did not design. Of course many want these changes overnight but they are more gradual, over time.
