    Default How can this be?

    I just don't understand what is going on with my body. I have lost 3-4% body fat but not a single pound. In fact my weight keeps going up slowly after being 100% raw.

    I know that could be normal BUT I am not getting any smaller either. My measurements aren't going down either. How could I lose body fat but not get smaller?

    You didn't mention how long you've been eating raw nor how long you've been working out or what type of workout; but one possibility could be that you are building muscle under the fat, at the same time you are burning the fat. If so, keep it up and the muscle will overtake the fat :)
