I was recently doing a juice fast and found it to be very tedious to clean the juicer after every drink. However they say that that is when the juice is the best because after that it begins to lose its nutrients the longer it sits. So I was wondering if I juiced like 10 apples 20 oranges and whatever other juices I could think of and put all the juice from all the fruits or even veggies to if possible into 20 oz old washed out arrowhead( or whatever brand) water bottles, put it in the freezer and on Monday morning take the juice out and let it defrost over a couple of hours then drink it. Would most of the nutrients still be there or while defrosting would they dissapear just the same as juicing and then putting them in the fridge? Has anyone ever tried this, or has any suggestions/comments to this?
