    Ah ha !!!!!!!!!!!

Rainbow, I had the pain in my kidney area yesterday. Some helpful tips........

Soak in mustard seed powder/epsom salts.

My favorite--Castor oil packs or use as massage on area of concerns. Draw toxins out and rejuvenates flow.

Massage your kidney areas hand and feet (I do this everyday)

Make sure you always start with bouncing or movement first thing in the morning doesn't have to be strenuous. Just get the blood flow going so toxins don't get stagnant.

    Stay hydrated.

    HANG IN THERE--YOU'RE DOING AWESOME!!!!!!!!!
If you want to, add a little lemon juice to water (cleansing to liver/kidneys)

I read in a book "fasting For Freedom" that lower back pain indicates toxins in the small intestine..I have been having it...and thought it might be from my period which is coming soon..but now I think it might be this.

I took a mustard bath with epsom salts and some essential oils and then a shower and let the water hit that are..It helped some..

I also read that enemas help with this...and that after the detoxing was done it would go away..

I am not sure if your pain is in that area or up highe..but I thought I would let you know that..just in case..

Thank you for the clarification Elizabeth. It's interesting how these toxins loosen and make their way out. I'm even talking to my organs and toxins and directing them to pass thru and not feel frustrated with the route. I know I know, it sound a little off path but it feels right.

I have come to the point that I enjoy the detox symptoms that they happen and I rarely notice them now!

This is really exciting. :) oh one more thing I wanted to add......

I sleep with raw cut gemstones. Amethyst, Geen and orange citrine. Soldalite, rose quartz and clear quartz. Amethyst is a must for me and lately green citrine has been asking me to let it sleep on me.

    :)

    Mommamia,

Here is a site that outlines accurately to do castor oil packs

    http://www.baar.com/castoroilinstruct.htm

Edgar Cayce was a medical psychic where i've been getting most of my info lately.

Most HFS health food stores have a bulk section that may offer MUSTARD SEED POWDER. MSP has been used in the past as a plaster for upper respiratory infections and moves the musoucs out of lungs. MSP is known to stimulate circulation & eliminate toxins.

I really like Dr. Shinga's but it gets pricey--I can really make my own but being lazy.

Here is a site that sells Dr Shinga's bath powder. Some health food stores carry it.

    :)

forgot to mention..I use mustard seep powder with 3 cups of epsom salt and 5 drops of cintronella oil and geranium.

    Dear Misslinda,

Thank you so much for your responding so fast!!!! I am living in Westen Europe so we have time difference.

Thanks for your so many tips .

It is sunday today, all the shops are close. I used up all my epsom salts. I will go to buy castor oil and epsom salts as well as coconuts.
After reading your message, I right away went to do bouncing and some Yoga excercises. You did remind me to do some physical methods to help detox. I pounched two points (kidneys) with big glass using burning fire inside. I feel much better and I can stand in order to work and study.

I try to drink more lemon warm water too. I feel a lot better.

It must be a God' arrangement that you are there to support me.
I start to talk to my body too saying something: i am caring you and you will painfree after cleaning..

Misslinda, I am still in juice and still eliminating stuff....

You look so strong both spritually and physically..
    Thanks for your support again!!

    with blessing,,,

Rainbow, where in western europe are you?

I really find the mustard seed powder to be effective. I ususally have to drink water while soaking or after b/c I can feel the toxins being drawn wihtin about 20-30 minutes.

It's been a really great learning experience for me as well. The language of the body is fascinating!

    Dear linda,

I am living in Belgium and I work as a IP network architect. Today is really tough for me.. something like having a fever. Tomorrow, I will go to buy any mustard seeds in the health food store near my company. In any case, I can just soak the mustard seeds in the water..

    wish you all well!!
