    Hi there...

I haven't worked with raw spaghetti squash, but if you shred it (with saladacco?) and put raw tomato sauce on top...it might work!

I have never tried spaghetti squash myself and I couldn't find a raw recipe for it either... but maybe you can use this to work from?

It might work if you dehydrate the squash instead of baking it?

    Mary Jane's Super Simple Spaghetti
    1 medium spaghetti squash
2 medium ripe vine tomatoes chopped
    Juice of one small lemon
1 - 2 cloves of fresh garlic minced or chopped
    2 - 3 Tbs. of olive oil
    Fresh ground pepper
    1/4 teaspoon of oregano

    Serves 2

Directions: Cut spaghetti squash in half (clean out seeds). In a baking dish put spaghetti squash (facing down) in a 375 degree oven. Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until done. Let cool for about 5 minutes. Using fork, scoop out the spaghetti squash into a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and toss. Eat warm or cold.

i have tried using spag squash raw....it doesn't work so well. I tried softening it in warm water and shredding by hand....no good. i tried using the saladacco...just made a mess.....same thing with the shredder on the mandoline. Theoretically you could shred it in the food processor, but good luck getting the peel off (and leaving your finger skin intact) of an uncooked spaghetti squash. Let me know if you have some success. I want to know that secret for sure :)

otherwise, just substitute a different hard squash for use in the saladacco, like butternut.
