    Question Fasting and M/C info?

Hi. I am almost done with my 30 day challenge, with NO SLIP UPS! I'm so proud of myself! After this 30 day challenge, I was thinking of doing a juice fast and Master Cleanse for about 3-5 days, and then starting another 30 day challenge. Where can I get info on the Master Cleanse? I've heard it's drinking "salt water" made with unrefined celtic grey sea salt. But, I need more info than that. Like how much salt per water, and how often, everyday, more than once a day, etc? I was going to combine it with a juice fast.

Thanks to anyone that can help!!! :)

Karen, here is a site that outlines the program etc. and discusses it.

Hey! I just looked at a site yesterday. I just yahooed Master Cleanse, but I can't remember what the site was. I may join you for a 3-5 day MC or juice fast. I am wondering if all that salt is corrosive or not.

(THANK YOU, those that have responded!!)

I checked out the link above, thanks!!! Do most people do the master cleanse for the full 10 days? Also, do people ever combine it with a juice fast, or do they do exclusively M/C? I was thinking of doing half day M/C, and half day juice (morning and night, respectively).

I see tons of people doing fasts, but not many responding to my question. I need some help here!!

Karen, there's no right or wrong answer other than don't eat food. I have incorporate the lemon aide recipe into my jjuice fasting particualry in the morning since the lemon is an excellent cleasner to the liver and kidneys. However the MC prgoram is more concentrated. :)
