so many sites, what's a girl to do?

I'm looking for recommendations-the last time I ordered from juiceandbeyond.com and upgraded to 2-3 day shipping. 1/2 my order came on time, the other 1/2 was a week late and they refused to refund the extra shipping I paid because I had already been fortunate enough to get a good deal from them.
