Default fasting - is veggie broth mucus forming?

    Hi

    I'm doing a MC / Juice fast

I have a great greenstar juicer

    so its greens/veggies
    MC at work
    juice at night

I had organic veggie broth tonight
them thought it may slow detox down - I don't want that!!

    Will it?
    it is cooked after all?
    (just the water though)

In the video that comes with the vitamix they make a vege soup with raw veg. They do not seem to be raw people but seem to find the taste of this acceptable so it may be worth a shot. They put boiling water in the vitamix and then add the raw veg to make the soup.
It has to be better than cooked veg.
