    Default I'm returning

Good evening. I've missed all of you.
    Remember me?

About two months ago I had one week of 100% raw and loved it. My husband (big meat eater) even joined me. I freaked out though. I panicked and went right back to my cooked eating.

Anyway, I've been thinking about eating raw and really do miss it. I'm going to make a slower transition this time though. My goal is to have fruits in the morning, salads in the afternoon and see what happens around dinner time. Of course I'll add nut milks, nut butters and seeds to this. My husband is ready to do this again too.

My twins are turning 9 months tomorrow, they're now eating lots of solids. I'm keeping them on their diet though. No raw foods diet for them at this time.

So, I'm back and looking forward to this.

I'll also take any suggestions through the transition. I think my goal for now is 75% raw.

Maybe this will even help me with the post partum I've (unfortunately) been hit with recently (anxiety, nervousness, blah, blah, blah).

Have a good evening. Gotta go chat with my husband now.

Hey, Debbie. Welcome back! I have a six month old daughter. I'm working on getting rid of all of the post partum everything too. (Weight, emotions, etc.) I know raw will help you! Cheers to your journey!

    Thanks for the warm welcome.

I started raw yesterday and easily had a 100% day and felt great! I even ran yesterday. I woke up today feeling detox (light headed, shaky) which is fine, I can get through it. So I'm on my way to a yoga class and hopefully that will help me. I know today won't be 100% raw because I have a family dinner but I will focus on the raw food and vegetable dishes.

I learned a lot the last time I did raw, I'm ready for this. I just can't get stressed.

Congrats on the 6 month old baby, Joopie. Isn't it fun and crazy all at the same time? (not to mention the post partum thing we have to deal with).
