    Cool Flaxseed

    Hi can anyone help me; Can the flaxseed be eaten whole? I have some that is not grind, I do not have a grinder.

    yep, just sprinkle on salads or in whatever you want

    Hi!

    I read in the other post that you have a blender--they will grind up just fine in there! Don't bother trying the food processor though, it just makes them spin around! If you grind them, only do enough for a day or two, since they lose nutrients quickly.

    Question Soaking seeds

    I've also read in various threads that soaking them too is ideal--unless I read it wrong but I've always ate them the way they are on salads too.

    yep... my dad always sprinkles some on his cereal in the morning! has for years!...he does soak the cereal over night tho.. so maybe soaking is better!
