Question Pinapple = Pain relief ?

I thought I had read here or maybe someone posted a link from here that Pinapple Juice had pain relieving properties? I can't for the life of me find that post or article. Was I dreaming this? HA!

Does anyone know if this is true? Does anyone know of any other raw foods that help with anti-inflamatory/pain relief problems?

    THANKS!
    Love,
    Angie

not only is pineapple delicious, but it also contains bromelain- which is known to help with joint pain (inflammation) and wounds. i suspect a whole bunch more too-- i love pineapples! also, msm found in fruits and vegetables may help with inflammation as well (so the raw diet should help greatly!). there are also msm supplements- but, natural msm would be best!

    best of luck!
