You'll love it! I got mine tonight and it made the smoothest tomato soup out of tomatos, avacado, cashews, salt, a dab of water, and basil. It was really odd that it wasn't hot, but it fixed the craving *lol* Talk about a tank though.. it is soo much bigger than my old one. It is scarry. It looks like I got what I paid for anyway! Lets see if I can manage to attach a pic to this to show you. *crosses her fingers*

I got mine today, and wow it is worth every penny. It does amazing things and doesn't bog down like my old blender did The size difference is amazing too, I was going to post a picture, but I cannot get it small enough. I hate windows *lol* I'm so used to doing such things on my mac which makes it easy. Gotta get a picture program for this puter now.

    Hi,
    EPPP,

Will you direct me to this product? I did not know this was available; as a matter of fact, I have always lamented why on earth they did not design spatulas for that obnoxious container design.
I looked at the VitaMix site, but could not locate it.

    Thank you!

    Best,

    Default Vita-mix day....

Yeah, I received my Vita-mix & all I can say is WOW !!! What a fantastic piece of equipment. I made cashew hummus & it is so smooth & tasty.

The other great thing I noticed is w/the recipe book, they have some recipes that can be converted to RAW. I converted the "poppy seed dressing" & it was great. The Vita-mix concept with whole foods could help other non-raw family members eat healthier

If I were starting out & had to choose between a Vita-mix & a great juicer it would be Vita-Mix hands down. I bought the 5000 & I'm glad I did as I really like the adjustable speeds.
Hope that info helps someone. :)
