I think you mean Eat 2 Live by Dr. Joel Fuhrman. It is a program where you eat 1 pound of raw veggies per day, 1 pound of cooked veggies per day, as much fruit and beans as you want and a little nuts/ seeds. You limit your starches to 1 c. of day of cooked startches such as brown rice or potatoes.

    Does this help?

It's an algae. I have been looking for it locally and have had no luck yet. You can mix it with juices, I recently had it mixed with grapefruit and it was yummy !

Courage does not always roar, it is sometimes a quiet voice at the end of the day saying I will try again tomorrow.

Personally, I think it's a "pita" as you have to thaw it to a certain point; pour off enough for a certain number of days; put the rest back into the freezer; make sure to remember to include it in your smoothies, then begin at #1 w/ the thawing, blah, blah, blah. I felt no different when I did remember it soooo, the less work the more time for play.:)

    Default E3 Live

I love E3 Live. I eat a tablespoon every morning. It is a
powerful superfood. It is over 50% protein (by weight)
    and has 20 amino acids.

It is the highest food in chlorophyll (higher than wheatgrass),
it has both essential fats, it is the only vegan food with the
omega 3 fats DHA and EPA, and it helps heal the DNA among
    other things.

and Brian Clement on the left side of this page=
