My favorite cracker thus far is the bell pepper cracker:

    "Bell Pepper Crackers

1 whole bell pepper (not green)
1/4-1/3 C cashews (can also use pine nuts)
    salt to taste
spices (opt)- I used a little onion powder, garlic powder, and a dash of paprika
1 slice of jalopeno -Thankfully I had some that I had dried and stored!
1-2 TBS of nutritional yeast flakes (opt)

blend all ingred till smooth. pour onto a teflex and dehydrate over night, flip over onto the mesh sheet and dehydrate until done (not moist and a bit crispy).
    Detox getting rough?
    Let's "smooth it out"!

My favorite crackers are flax seeds mixed with honey and cinnamon. they remind me of cinnamon toast crunch and I eat them with bananas and almond butter, Yum!

Corky I actually don't have a real recipe for the crackers but heres what I did.
I took 2 cups of soaked flax seeds and put them in the food processor then I just kept adding honey and cinnamon and tasting it to see if I liked it. I did use alot of honey though maybe 6 or 8 heaping tablespoons. Then I dehydrated them overnight at 105. They may have to stay in the dehydrator a while longer to get crispy. I think its because of all the honey in them. Mine never got really crispy because I became to impatient.

I decided to try something off the top of my head and it came out pretty good.......I'm sure it's not an original recipie, but it's original to me... :)
Frozen corn, shredded carrot, flax and tahini........they were finished this morning and were really tasty.

One thing I always put in my flax or seed-base crackers, outside of Braggs, is whole lemons and loads of fresh garlic. Maybe I'm just a hopeless Italian, but they always get rave reviews....

I was on a dehydrating kick last night and made a bunch of stuff, including, the bell pepper crackers! YUM! I have been snacking on them all day! They are (were!) so tasty! Next time I'm making a double recipe!
