    Default MC after marathon

    Hi

    I want to do the MC in jan.

    I'm running a marathon Jan 8

    How long should I wait to start the MC??

    I would wait until your body is recuperated personally. I think the best time to do a fast if your a competitive athelete is just before you start training for the event. Or during the off season but if your wanting to do one soon I'd wait til the end of the month. GOOD LUCK ON YOUR RUN... EDIE

    i'm leaning towards after marathon---wait at least 2 weeks and hopefully you are taking it easy and filling your body with nutirious stuff to fullly handle the MC. i tend to believe there is alot of post work your body is doing after a cleanse. and like Edie says--off season is a great idea.
