I'm from South Africa, living in Seoul at the moment. I was 90-100% raw once upon a time back in sunny SA. Experienced the flipside again the last 2 years!
After lurking in the background 'visiting' the last couple of weeks I decided to try the 30 day Raw challenge. Started today. Glad I've finally wrapped my head around doing this!
