I am wanting to expand my DVD collection too!
Alissa's is my favorite so far!

I just got Elaina Love's DVD, "Introduction to Living Foods" vol. 1...
I really enjoyed it a lot and DO recommend it. I like that she gives a lot
of cooking techniques thru out the video too like how to sharpen
knives, etc...The only bummer(no fault of the DVD) is the food is
very summer oriented, and I wish I had gotten the DVD
when all the summer produce was plentiful.
Her dishes look yummy so I want to make them right NOW when it's
getting chilly outside. Recipes include: Chilled Mint Sun Tea,
Gazpacho (made with beautiful heirloom tomatoes and fresh corn),
Raspberry Vinaigrette, Herb Garden Sunflower Pate,
Crisp Flax chips, Peach Pie with Whipped Cashew Cream,
    Thumbprint Cookies with Raspberry Filling.
I think it's a great DVD for beginner's and intermediate raw fooders.
It's taped at some lecture/demonstration she was doing in a tent.
The sound quality is surprising good considering it was at an event.
You can hear well thru out. She is good at explaining things as she is demonstrating.

Now I have viewed Shazzie's 3 tape uncooking set which I borrowed from someone.
1st off, I am a HUGE Shazzie fan. She's got so much personality I just
    love reading her stuff.
Her uncooking set had some nice recipes, but the quality of the production
was poor compared to Alissa's, so that's why I wouldn't recommend it.
I found it hard to hear in some spots. But if you love Shazzie and don't mind
the production (it's kinda like a home video) than one might really
    enjoy it.

Anyone view/have Dr. Gabriel Cousens DVD? I've been wanting to get that
one too. And also the 3 tape set from "The Raw Gourmet"?

I cannot reccomend "Making Friends with your Food" enough. You can buy it through
    http://www.fredericpatenaude.com/makingfriends.html
or www.doctorgraham.cc. There is invaluable information about raw food, physiology, nutrition, supplementation, food addiction, food prep etc. The educational and health experience background of the two speakers is impressive, so you can be assured that you are getting accurate and reliable information.

The only thing I didn't care for was the quality of the DVD's themselves. The price is a bit high, although this is a 12 hour set and it costs $800 to actually attend the seminar. I found it a good value as people in my raw support group went in on it together. The DVD can be watched over and over and paused, etc. and that definately doesn't happen at the seminar!

The sound and video is very good, I just had a bit of a problem with the production quality of the DVD's in general.
