    Hey guys,
    Haven't been on the board much this week - but all is well! Just busy. Cracking up at above posts! =)

    So excited for today - my husband made all my food for me and labeled it and put it in the fridge, so when I got home from the gym everything was ready. So sweet! So here's what he made me for today (we needed to use up our fresh pineappple & cilantro so you'll notice a theme...):

    B: Pina Colada smoothie (super delicious -drinking it now) & handful nuts
    S: Pineapple & cilantro smoothie
    L: Cucumber soup with cilantro
    S: Pineapple & cilantro smoothie #2
    D: Green salad with sauerkraut (homemade!) & lots of veggies w/tahini dressing
    S: Blueberry smoothie

    Go HUBBY!!!!! That's SO great, Queeny!!!! Give that Hubby of yours a high 5 for me!!!!! Way to go!!!!! So glad your doing great!!!

    I'm so excited... April is almost HERE!!!!! I'll be moving over to the 111 Juice Feasting thread for quite a while (hopefully). But, I'll still check in with the monthly thread to cheer you guys on!!!

    Renee- your food looks so great!!!!! Right now I am chowing down on a broccoli salad I learned to make at a local raw meet up uncooking class last week, while my adorable family has gone out for Mexican. I just did not have the will to forgo tortilla chips so I stayed home- tonight. Do any of you have an unbeatable recipe for corn chips in the dehydrator? I need (and I mean NEED...can you say craving?) something comparable but not complicated! I have frozen corn on hand, but no sprouted grains. I have not gone into sprouting yet. I am having trouble with prepping raw for one, because I am used to making everything for 15 or so. I am still eating on the pan of raw chipotle cacao brownies with ganache I made over the weekend- and there is more than half a pan left of those. This is kind of unheard of in my house. They are really rich, hit the need for chocolate hard, and just a small bit is plenty. (That is from the woman whose mantra used to be you can never have too much chocolate.) I am still afraid of my scale which I think is actually broken anyway, but my real challenge lately is not having much get up and go to work out. I used to get to the gym at least 3 times a week at night to run on the treadmill. Now I am having trouble getting there at all- low motivation, low energy, and alot of bloating etc. (that make indoor exercise among a group something of a liability.) I am taking a probiotic, but I can't get motivated about mono meals yet. I do drink alot of apple cider vinegar and honey with water if I have stomach pain or pretty serious discomfort. Still this is pretty persistent with cruciferous veggies. Fruit usually is not my problem. Any ideas or tips? I eat alot, and I consume a ton of calories it seems- is the low energy and kind of a perisistent coldness of feet and hands is that related to not eating enough? Or something else? I am at almost three weeks very nearly 100% raw.
