I've decided to keep my exercise journal here so more raw foodies can check out what I do every day.
I took my stats today.
waist 32I wish I could remember the other ones but the waist is what I really care about since my wedding dress is 24.5. My goal is 26.5 since I'll be wearing a corset. I've not been taking my exercise or raw food goals seriously till recently and I've already lost two inches :)
FWIW, I work as a cashier at Whole Foods Market and the job is medium-high activity. I always have the biggest water bottle of anyone, usually spiked with green tea or Ener-C packets.
I like to walk and I like to go to the gym and go on the treadmill and/or elliptical.
