    Default 30 day RAW start

I have been feeling pretty great on about 80% Raw and wanting to go full.
My asthma has been acting up and Full Raw always is an amazing fix for me. So here it goes for Feb and March.

Morning: Strawberries, bluebrs, and hemp protein.

    Snack on my Run: Figs

Lunch: Curry Mash (Raw walnuts, ginger, curry powder, apple, carrot, chia seeds, coconut oil. raisins) And I spread it on Purple Cabbage to make little rolls.

Super Yum...is curry powder Raw? I get it from the organic supermarket in town.

Dinner: Planning on big salad and Fruit.

    Bedtime: Psyllium Husk

    @ Renee:
I have not seen this at all! How do they get the smoked flavor in there?! I will look for it - I bet this would be good on the raw sausage and sauerkraut pizza in RFFE... Hmmmm....

    @ Tricia:

Welcome! The Curry Mash sounds really good!!!

    Renee,
Pictures are great? Is is possible to post pictures from my iPad, if so I will look into how to do that.
Queebee, this is one of the most popular dishes I make.

    yesterday
    Green smoothie
Pumpkin seed, sun dried tomato pesto with flaxseeds crackers
    Sandwich with hoummos and salad
Spinach and mushroom tarts with salad
    Apple crumble

    Day 7
    Beetroot,carrot,apple juice
    Eggplant dip with crackers
Fettuccine with mushroom Alfredo sauce and cauliflower
Still thinking about ideas for dinner

I am feeling great, the only thing I miss today is coffee, no biggie

The other 3 ladies are doing really well. Reporting higher energy levels better bowel movements, one who is reliant on bran has stopped the bran altogether.

What is amazing about this diet is that the results are quite immediate.
    welcome Persian

Thank you!!!!! :). Actually, I use Photobucket. It's free and you can resize photos easily. You should be able to do that from your iPhone or iPad.

@ Renee - I love the mushroom sausage, so that smoked jalapeno has to be icing on the cake.
    ----------------------------

Yesterday was pretty good for me. I felt REALLY hungry at lunch so on top of what you see in the picture, I also had about 6 times that much salad, a banana, and an apple. lol

Breakfast: Avocado-strawberry smoothie with dates, matcha & spirulina
Snack: Pineapple chunks sprinkled with coconut
Lunch: Raw Pizza (see picture) - raw veggie crust with raw mushroom sausage - I spread a think layer of almond grezzo cheese between the crust and the 'sausage' and topped it with red peppers - let it warm up in the dehydrator and YUM. Also had a HUGE salad, banana, and apple (as mentioned)

You can make your own raw smoked foods by making sure the smoke is cool before it passes over the food. Just research cold smoking processes and ignore the meat/fish aspects of the search results. Adding smoky flavours to things is easily done by adding smoked paprika if you don't want to actually smoke anything yourself.

    Hi everyone,
    Day 9. Green smoothie
    Beetroot,carrot,celery,pear and ginger juice.
    Chocolate mousse tart.
Argula, mango, cauliflower salad with sunflower and pumpkin seeds with a honey mustard cashew nut dressing. This was really good.
Feeling great no cravings for anything in particular besides coffee but that is more a lifestyle thing.

The 3 other ladies have been a bit nauseous ,could it be something I made. I ate what they ate perhaps less though and have had no ill effects. They thought perhaps the food was too rich, so I cut back on the fats and made more salads. One woman who complained of feeling ill, told me the other night at a gathering she inadvertently drank a glass of orange juice that had sugar added to it and immediately felt great, the nausea had subsided.
No one is saying anything but could it be that I have given them food poisoning? Could this be a symptom of detoxing?
    Oh dear
