    Question Grezzo Cheese?

I made two batches of Grezzo cheese (and flavored them with garlic and herbs - YUM!!). Does anyone know if these freeze well? Or is it refrigerate only?

    Thanks!!

I have several gallons of Rejuvelac, so when you make it let me know & we'll make it then! =)

Thank you so much for letting me know about freezing it - I plan to make more & it'd be so much easier to make & freeze.

    Cheers!
