Splenda is what I have been using for years (About 3 packs a day). My health is bad and I'm 65 and I am cutting down on all sweets. So I figure I can use a teaspoon of honey or molasses instead. Please don't tell me Raw foodist don't eat honey because I'm looking for health. My cholesterol is 257 and yes I did eat at fast foods. I've been a Vegan before and I sure better be one now going toward the raw foods if I want to live a little longer. Can anyone advise me because the web info is confusing to me. Any info would be great.
