Raw Food Pregnancy
Hi! I have been 100% Raw for 1 year, I drink 3-5 green juices a day, supplement with superfoods, have researched nutrition inside and out and I just found out I'm pregnant!! I want to have a 100% Raw pregnancy and then keep the baby Raw. Has anyone here done this, can you give me tips, ideas, experiences?

I would look into Jinje too, she had a few raw pregnancy.
What i would do, i would figure out what you are supposed to take as supplement. Meaning, i would then look the food that contain this.
Iron, example: goji berries, pumpkin seed
Calcium, example: sesame seed
Essential Amino Acid, example: Hemp seed
Folic Acid, example: oranges.
etc....
The rule of tomb, eat as many variety of color of produce to be sure to cover all nutrient. Eat tone of fruits (love them in the morning), learn to make green smoothie.
Stay away from sprout for they can contain armful bacteria for your baby
