I would look into Jinje too, she had a few raw pregnancy.
What i would do, i would figure out what you are supposed to take as supplement. Meaning, i would then look the food that contain this.
Iron, example: goji berries, pumpkin seed
Calcium, example: sesame seed
Essential Amino Acid, example: Hemp seed
Folic Acid, example: oranges.
The rule of tomb, eat as many variety of color of produce to be sure to cover all nutrient. Eat tone of fruits (love them in the morning), learn to make green smoothie.
Stay away from sprout for they can contain armful bacteria for your baby
