Default Recipe to get "100%" of your vitamin and mineral needs in juice?

Has anyone ever sat down and developed juice recipes that will provide about "100%" of the macro and micro nutrients each day? I know that "100%" is often quite bogus, and that man micro-nutrients don't have recommended daily allowances....but it might be a good place to start.

Dr. William Harris of the Vegetarian Society of Hawaii has a juice recipe that meets all the RDA, but he does add some nutritional yeast into the mix to get there.

    V-4 Juice (Bill Harris)
    2 raw tomatoes
    4 large raw carrots
    3 stalks raw celery
    1 bunch fresh parsley
    1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Kal brewer's yeast flakes (Red Star Nutritional Yeast with B12)

Run the above ingredients through the juicer of your choice. Drink. Having drunk, note the nutrition box below. Fresh vegetable juice is helpful in losing weight, since RDAs (Recommended Daily Allowances) are always reached before Calorie requirements are met.

I'd rather eat vegan and look like a tree than eat cow and look like a pig.

It's complete in that it will give you a higher percentage of RDA for individual vitamins, minerals, and proteins than it will in the percentage of RDA recommended daily caloric intake.

So if you made the juice, it might provide 14% of your caloric needs, but it will give you more than 14% of nutrition. You just need to drink lots of it.
