Default What are you reading while juicing or raw food eating?

What books have helped on your raw food journey? I am currently juicing and reading Raw Emotions by Angela Stokes and it is a perfect book for me right now as she seems to hit the nail on the head as to what is going on in my mind as I am juicing, emotional detoxing

All sorts of books. Right now I'm reading a book about Earthing by Clinton Ober & Eating for Beauty by David Wolfe.

Genesis 1:12 And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind,
and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind:
and God saw that it was good.

For the most part ... And maybe this will sound lame, I'm reading scripture, but I've spent a lot of time reading through the forums. I think if I stay focussed on what I'm trying to accomplish the more likely it is that I will be able to succeed.
    It's time to live.

Finished reading The China Study last month - great book.

Now I'm reading Eat to Live by Joel Fuhrman. He stresses eating foods with a high nutrient to calorie ratio.
I'd rather eat vegan and look like a tree than eat cow and look like a pig.

Books are nice, and can be inspiring, but meditation gets my vote, 9.5 times out of 10.

    Non-resistance is fundamental to cultivate.
