Today I did yoga in the morning. Felt real good to stretch and welcome the morning. It really does set the entire mood for the day. I am able to deal with stress much better.

@ 2 husky girl - Great job on finishing! Sounds like you had a great time.

    @ BlackKat - She's a golden retriever. I would get bored walking/jogging without her.

Good evening, WX in DC was terrible, so I walked 2 mi on a treadmill in our workout room.

PM: 20 min rebounding followed by P90X Yoga, it's amazing realizing how much core strength is required in order to hold some of the poses. I enjoyed it, Get some!

Yesterday, did 2 x 25 push ups, did some curls, flys, frontal lifts with the dumbbells.
In the evening jogged 600m to the supermarket, then walked 1 mile, jogged 2 miles, walked 1.

We jogged faster than we normally do. I think those quick jaunts to the supermarket kind of got us used to jogging a bit faster. Felt great but was tired afterwards, didn't sleep too well either because I was sore. Oh well, feeling pretty good today.

I was active the last three days for about an hour at the gym. ^_^
I only remember the stats of yesterday though..

0.5 km, 10 mins, 150 kcals. (according to the cross trainer/elliptical trainer)
It's not much, but I'm still a beginner, so I will take it slow.

Welcome to the forum, and don't worry if it's not much, especially at first. The important thing is to make exercising part of your lifestyle.
