Good evening, I only get 30 min for lunch also, but the job encourages fitness. It's mandatory for most, and necessary for those like me who want to maintain the edge and stay heathy and fit; So we make the best of it.
The question now becomes, if more employers would allow for their employees to workout during the work day, what would the impact be on all fronts? Perhaps that's a discussion for another day.
May workout for to today was
2 mi walk during lunch
PM: 20 min of rebounding followed by Yoga X. Get some!
I typically don't watch bobble head tv, but tonight the Biggest Loser had the best Cross Fit athletes working with the biggest loser contestants. The BL is an inspiring show, I can relate.
