Pineapple, apple and Carrot juice today. It is one of my favourite combos so far.
I will make brownies tomorrow Renee and will post a picture of the finished result. I was planning to add a raw caramel frosting originally but I think it will be too much for me at the moment since I am fasting. I will break my fast tomorrow and eat my brownie at the weekend sometime - probably Sunday if I can hold out until then!

I'm looking forward to seeing the pictures of your brownies too.

You're so kind to say that!!! Thank you!!! Originally, it was my kids' suggestion to photograph my food!

I appreciate you guys too! I love getting ideas about what to make from you all. Believe me, sometimes I'm stumped as to what to make! So, I look through the thread to see what everyone else is making.

OMG!!!! You guys just HAVE to try Alissa's Jamabala recipe in RFFE!!!!! I made it for a Client yesterday and substituted the Wild Rice for Parsnip "Rice" and Fresh Corn. She LOVED it!!!!! I will post a photo layer, cuz I'm having leftovers for lunch. Oh yea, life is GOOD!!!!!

@ Georgina: Yea!!! I'm looking forward to seeing you Brownie when you make it!!!! What recipe sauce are you using? I've never heard of Raw Carmel....

This morning I just kept it simple: Thai Coconut Water and Mango Chutney

The first time that I made this, I used Sprouted Wild Rice. Loved the flavour...not so much the Wild Rice. Here's mine with Corn and Parsnip Rice:

I thought the question was fairly clear - and this post seems to suggest that you mean mock tuna salad. Tuna salad has tuna in it.

Eating ripe organic pears this morning. Can't make the brownies today cos the snow meant I didn't get kitchen time before work started so I will have to do that next week now - possibly Monday.

Actually, most of the time I DO say "Raw Pizza"... See my post here:

I probably don't say "Mock Crepes" cuz I say it with a photo which makes it obvious...

With so many Newbies here, it is good to be specific at times. Let's all continue to support one another here and play nicely, shall we...

@reneeh I do see that you do this my point was to show whether putting up a picture or listing ingredients they both indicate that its raw which is something not only i am doing but others are doing as well. If you read through the posts many don't use the word mock or raw so i also thought is was acceptable they just list ingredients or at times not even that. Just wanted to get that across, thank you for your input.

Renee, I realise, now, that she meant mock tuna though why, when I asked, she was unable to simply answer with a "yes" is beyond me. I think especially mock tuna needs to be labelled such because the real tuna is often eaten raw. Generally I think people use raw and raw, vegan to describe copy-cat dishes. I would always say courgette noodles/pasta rather than say pasta because noodles/pasta by themselves are ambiguous words on a raw forum.I only asked for clarification. Why is that unreasonable?

Please remember everyone that the written word is different than the spoken one. I'm very certain that no one meant to be rude, hurt anyone's feelings etc.

You would be surprised at how many people come to this forum and actually post meat and meat recipes LOL
