    Hi,

I am sure if you ate more raw food you wouldn't have needed to eat the cooked food. Eat plenty of raw food everyone. starving yourself is going to send you crazy-beans!

    Hi everyone,
Had a great Day 6. I did my 3-mile run about 1 min/mile faster than usual - awesome! Had one Kombucha today in addition to lemon water.

B: 'Chocolate' and Banana smoothie - (banana, flax, cacao, dates, matcha & maca)
S: Mango smoothie - (mango, spinach, coconut butter...)
L: Very, very tasty chopped salad with napa cabbage, lots of veggies, almonds, and dressing leftover from a few days ago
    S: Leftover smoothie from breakfast
D: Tomato & Coconut Soup (tomatoes, ginger, garlic & coconut butter)
    S: Handful of nuts

Hope everyone is having a great day!

    Cheers!

    5 bananas
huge salad with cashew tuna pate
    2 oranges
    handful of cashews
pepper stuffed with curry almond patte yum

@mystictrees I do try and eat more but am feeling pretty full I am going to try and cut back on the fats and try more vegis and fruits. The cooked food was not satisfying at all infact i felt sick after i ate the rolls. Just a comfort emotional thing not a craving.

@Renee - you are an inspiration! What were your pizza crusts made of? They look rawesome!

B: tonic of hot water, raw cacao, handful of cashews, honey, astragalus eucommia
Went to breakfast with a friend and the only raw item on the menu was a fruit plate for $7. It consisted of 5 grapes, 1 slice of honeydew and 2 pieces of orange. !!!\
Did a few wheatgrass shots during the day and filled up on water from a natural spring source I recently discovered (thank you Universe!) and was not hungry til late afternoon.
L and D: leftovers! Leftover pate, leftover curried sprouted lentils salad, an avocado smeared on portobello "sausage" patties.

Thank you!!!!! All of Alissa's crusts are great (from both books), but my favorite is the one in Raw Food For Everyone. It uses Carrots, Flax, and spices which adds to the taste of the Pizza.

I've been wanting to see that video! But, I thought it was called Forks Over Knives!

Made a big biscuit tin of kale chips at work. I'm still juicing at the moment and the chips are for the weekend. I would like to make one of those impossibly elegant-looking desserts I'm always seeing on raw Facebook pages. One of the girls in work doesn't like kale chips but I think she'd like something sweet. Brownies even would be good.

Hello all! So today is the first day I have felt like maybe I am not eating enough. Not that I am hungry, but I feel really light and empty. Suggestions?

    B: 3 M. Kenney pancakes, a pear
L: Green smoothie of spinach, tangerine, banana, maca, msm, flax seed. Salad of romaine, almond/pumpkin seed pate, cilantro, dulse, broccoli sprouts, kale sprouts
D: Salad of avocado, beet root and broccoli microgreens, sprouted adzuki beans, and broccoli/fenugreek/radish sprouts. Apple with almond butter.

ps. I have so many sprouts/microgreens because I grow them for market so I eat the leftovers of what does not sell. :)

Put them in a tin with an apple cut in two. they'll moisten up.

woot, woot. The Champion has arrived. Will give it a test-run at lunch-break.

edit to add that I posted a reply to Yoru about the pancakes suggesting that she put them in a tin with an apple which is halved. This will help moisten them. - the forum software sent the post into the moderation queue!
