drop an email to any of the mods and they will help :) Now I am intrigued to know what you said. I cannot work out how the forum decides which posts to quarantine. It seems inconsistent at best!

    Hi everyone,
Feeling good. Day four was great. I had a kombucha along with my regular lemon water. I'm down 3 lbs, which is nice. :)

    B: Mango Smoothie
    S: Grapefruit with cinnamon
L: Green Salad with spinach, romaine, avocado, tomatoes and sauerkraut (raw)
S: Strawberry Smoothie with mint and cayenne
    D: Avocado & Pepper Soup
S: Mixed nuts (I was dehydrating them with something else in the dehydrator and they acquired this amazing, spicy flavor - yum)

It was SUPER cold here last night so I had some warmish lemon water in the evening, too. =)

    Cheers!

I've been up 5 hours, had a green smoothie. 2 carrot pecan burgers w/ ketchup. mac and cheese with some taco meat on top. blueberries, grapes, strawberries and pears. Now I want a salad. It's just one of those days where eating is what I want to do! I'm about to go to my sister's baby shower and eat the fruit salad I made.. :) I'm happy to see everyone doing so well on RAW and LIVING FOOD!!

Hello everyone, you all seem to be eating good things. I've had two huge mixed salads and raspberries and blueberries and a pint of orange juice. Juice fasting tomorrow :)

Hello all! I am pooping like mad. It is great.

B: Matthew Kenney pancakes and portobello sausage. Not bad for my first time! It is always tough to know how thick/thin to put things in the dehydrator. Green smoothie of spinach, goji berries, msm and spirulina
    Snack: banana and wheatgrass,beet,parsley cocktail
Dinner: Mizuna-pear salad and almond-pumpkin pate with cilantro and red pepper.

@persiandelicacy! I am also in CT! Where are you? My coop has alot of organic veggies from local farms - Willimantic Coop, if that is anywhere near you...
Nothing left to do but smile, smile, smile.

    Hello all,
Day 5 was pretty good, though I was a bit hungrier than I have been in days past. I had a Kombucha in addition to water today again.

B: Banana smoothie (banana, walnuts, cinnamon ....)
    S: Bluberries & Pomegranates (~2c total)
L: Spinach salad with sauerkraut and sprouts with a raw dressing (ginger, nama shoyu, apple cider vinegar, hemp oil...)
S: Pineapple smoothie (pineapple, dates, ice, blue-green algae)
    D: Spinach-Broccoli soup w/dill & lime
S: 2 handfuls of nuts (I was so hungry - had one and then went back for more ... and then had a couple more when my hubbie brought the jar over....)

Overall, a decent day though it felt a bit heavy towards the end b/c I had so many nuts so late in the day. But all good stuff!

    ~Cheers!

the sodas don't sound raw. Have you checked that Yoru? Otherwise, how on earth are you surviving on so little food?
