    Default I want to build some muscle from Raw?

    I am lifting weight now and i like to knw how i can gain more muscle, first of all i have never lifted heavy weights in my life only done push ups and exercises that doesn't involve weights.
    I really want to build my body and gain some muscle, i am currently on raw food how can i gain muscle? i am in gym 3 days a week... i am thin but my muscle don't seem to get big its been a month!
    What foods can i try to get better of protein and maximum muscle gain

    Protein is highest in leafy greens and broccoli, and they should be part of a balanced diet. Personally, I don't think protein is as much of an issue as it is to make sure you get enough calories, especially if you are thin, working out and wanting to put on muscle.

    Here's a video I found from a raw vegan body builder, Charlie Abel, that you might like to watch.

    I'd rather eat vegan and look like a tree than eat cow and look like a pig.

    Organic greens! Juice them, smoothie them, dehydrate them, put them in a salad! Also, raw, organic sunflower seeds!
