I'll check out the amounts to sub in the recipe I made. That was a burger though not a breadstick!
eta the burger recipe called for 1 cup oat flour (I made it more of an oatmeal) OR 3/4 cup flax, ground. It worked really well though I don't know what sort of difference it made to taste. I don't know if I am a pro or anti flax person really. Somewhere in the middle I suppose :)

thanks! I think i'm probably in the middle - like I like ani's raw pancakes but I very much dislike most very flax-y breads/crackers
i have to call my HFS and see if they have oat groats . . .

I didn't know there were people who didn't like flax!!! I'm missing items for my meals today, so I'm on my way to the grocery store while munching on a Pear!
Oh, my daughter requested Carrot Soup (LOLF Page 357) and Creamy no-crust Fruit Pie (LOLF page 500. So, I'll be making those too, since they just take minutes to make and few ingredients! Yum!!!
-
I just made my morning juice from LOLF, Green Apple & Celery!!! SO FABULOUS!!!!!

Love it!!!!

Red Wine Vin. Dressing:

Butter Lettuce Wraps:

DELICIOUS Carrot Soup:

I am SOOOOOOOOO FULL!!!!!! :-D I just LOVE uncooking!!!!!!! The entire lunch took about 20 minutes to make....including juicing the Carrots! Of course, all of the ingredients were right at hand. I love the flavor of the Carrot Soup!!! And, the dressing REALLY sets off the Sandwich! Such fond memories I have eating it at Grezzo!!!! Thanks Alissa for the recipes!!!!!!
-
I'm still sad I only got to try the grezzo cheese and ice cream. the ice cream was good but the cheese? AMAZING. lucky renee!

Earlier: WHATTTTT!!!!!!! I forgot the Eggplant Bacon!!! Oh NOOOO!!!! Guess I just GOTTA make another one!!!!!

-
Ok... Marinated Greens (LOLF)... Absolutely FABULOUS!!!!!! Remember those cooked Collards yo Mama used to make? Well, here they are RAW and DELICIOUS!!!!

I actually put them in the Big "D" for an hour... LOVE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Here's Dinner:

Ok, the Salad combo I LOVE!!!!! The Dressing...well.... Not so love. It's ok, but I've had better. I think Alissa's Ginger Vin. is better. Love the Breadstick with it, though. I squeezed some OJ into it, which helped. But not my favorite. Looks pretty, though...
I know I went a little CRAZY today!!! LOL!!!! But I was having SO much FUN!!!!
Lots of leftovers for tomorrow!!!!
-
oh that's a good idea! i have a bunch of collards - i was going to make wraps but it's a LOT of collards.

Those butter lettuce wraps look good. Did you marinate the veggies (carrots, cucumber, etc.) in salt or something?
I'd rather eat vegan and look like a tree than eat cow and look like a pig.

Oh...Today, I've had a Fruit so far. I'm getting hungry, though...so I'm gonna make leftovers from above photo. I also will be making a nut-free Sweet Potato Pie from LOLF. Got a taste for it! :-)

You know that cashews, brazils, walnuts, almonds and pistachios are not, botanically, nuts. So are you including them or excluding them?
