I do have to try dehydrating Aubergine. I don't care that I don't eat bacon any more but I am curious to try aubergine bacon and as a base for pizza style stuff it sounds interesting :)

The one on the left is Alissa's recipe in LOLF and its to LIVE for!!!!! Even just the topping is fantastic on a Flax Cracker or as a Pâté!!! The one to the far right has just raw cheese and toppings. Both are yummy!!!

    looks delicious
i so need a new dehydrator

It is, therefore, evident that it is possible to cure by foods, aliments and fruits; but as today the science of medicine is imperfect, this fact is not yet fully grasped. When the science of medicine reaches perfection, treatment will be given by foods, aliments, fragrant fruits and vegetables, and by various waters, hot and cold in temperature.

Thx Conscious Midwife!!! If you don't have a dehydrator, you can still make yummy pizzas! You can use Zucchini or Portobello Mushroom for the crust. Just make your sauce and raw Cheese, spread them on your veggie, then apply your toppings and enjoy!!!! :-). Of course, Alissa's raw pizza crusts are fabulous, so when you decide to get a dehydrator you can look forward to trying them. In the meantime, try the veggies as the crust! You'll LOVE 'em!!!!
