Default Teflex-type sheets for L'equip dehydrators

I've seen lots of stuff about teflex sheets for Excalibur dehydrators, but we have a L'Equip dehydrator and I can't find anything similar for that type. The L'equip ones have a hole in the middle for the air, so if we just got a few teflex sheets, we'd have to cut a hole in them. Are there any teflex sheets for that kind of dehydrator? What do you guys use?

My l'equip came with two little plastic (very thin) trays. Haven't used them yet. You are supposed to use just one per tier and alternate one each side so as not to block off air flow. If you need more than two of these trays they are available as spares.

When I used mine before my Excalibur, I tried Parchment paper....that didn't work well for me, especially when making Flax Crackerrs. It stuck to the cracker and didn't peel off well. So, in LOLF Alissa suggested using Saran Wrap. I used that for the first year I went raw and I'm still alive to tell about it.

The absolute BEST thing to get is the Teflex Sheets and just cut the whole in the middle for it to fit your Dehydrator tray. But, if you don't have them, my next choice would be Saran Wrap, then lastly Parchment paper.

There are threads on RFT against using Saran Wrap, so you need to research the "dangers" of using it for yourself. But, it served me well when I needed it.

If you go to Amazon, you can probably find it. As Rev says, Google is your friend! ;)
