If you read my post correctly you would see that I said small amounts of everything or larger amounts of a few things from that list. A small amount of the seeds could be just a pinch of each or a large amount could be a teaspoon of one type of seed. I don't count fat units or calories. I just eat raw because the easiest way to do raw is just to do it :) Alissa's first book is very helpful and Aleesha is right when she recommends it.

I'm just not shure what to replace the hamburger with. Anybody have any ideas? I tried walnuts but that didn't work.
Here's a recipe I saw the other day that I might try for chili:

I also eat very simply. The thing that takes me the longest to make is usually juice. But, tonight I beat my old record...lol...by juicing 2 half gallons (each a different kind of juice) of juice (cleaning, prep time, straining) in under an hour!
