How is everybody doing?
Yesterday, the dog and I walked 1 mile, jogged 2 miles, walked 1 more.
Today, we walked 2 miles, jogged 1 mile, walked 1 more.
I also did 24 push-up's earlier today. I Need to work more on those as I've been neglecting them. I think I should try to do sets of 20 various times during the day and shoot for something like 100 total during the day.
I'd rather eat vegan and look like a tree than eat cow and look like a pig.
