Since I am new to this I'm not sure how it all works. if I ask a question I'm uncertain about how I get it answered or where I find the answer.I started doing the raw food thing in Aug, of 2008. In June of "09 my then 25 yr. old grandson was in a near fatal car accident and was in a coma for several months. He suffered a severe traumatic brain injury and I stayed with him there in another state for 5 months and then got guardianship of him and brought him home with me. That created unbelievable stress and chaos in my life and the whole raw food thing went south. Back to the old SAD. Just didn't have time to even think about it. Now that he isn't as helpless as he was, although still time consum-
ing and stressful, I think I can tip toe back into trying again. It's difficult because I lack space in my kitchen and my refrigerator is very
over crowded. My dehydrator is on the clothes dryer, but that's better than the basement, where it was.

Now I have a bit of a problem with which I'm hoping some kind person can assist. I've been collecting raw food recipes off the internet and
setting up a file system. In the process, I've lost one of my favorite raw food recipes that I've made again and again, but not for a long time.I'm certain I got it off the internet, but now I can't find it. I THINK is was called Brownie Delights, but not sure. All the recipes by that name I have found show a completely different thing that looks nothing like the ones I made. They we little individual balls of deliciously raw cacao
treats with a creamy, thick, sweet, (agave) cashew dollop on top. They look adorable and were out of this world. The chocolate balls were made of pecans, (may have originally called for walnuts, but not sure about that. I always change walnuts to pecans because I can't stand
the taste and texture of walnuts.) I THINK they may have had processed raisins in them. Does this ring a bell with anyone?

I tried the internet as well and did not find both in the same recipe but you can find them separate and put them together. I did see one photo of fantastic looking one.

I have a recipe that sounds like what you are describing. They're called "Brownie Bites w/Buttery Vanilla Frosting".. Does that sound familiar??

They basically have pecans, almond butter, cocoa, agave... and the frosting is cashews, vanilla, agave....

If it sounds right, I can put the recipe in the recipe section..
