Raw Food Chef Services - Houston Metro area
I just wanted to let you all know that I am no longer making raw meals thru Tru Meals. I am in the process of getting my very own kitchen!!!!!
In the meantime, I am offering Personal Chef Services! Please visit www.RawChefRenee.Com for additional information.
Imagine coming home from work with meals already prepared for you--waiting in your refrigerator!
Here is the new procedure:
The Raw Vegan Detox Box is available for the Greater Houston and surrounding areas only.
1. First, please email Chef Renee with your address, phone number, and best time to call to schedule an interview, which should take 15-20 minutes. When I call you, I will determine likes, dislikes, food allergies, dietary restrictions, personal preferences, and menu choices.
2. Then, visit www.RawChefRenee.com (prices and cancellation policy are available here) and Click the link under the Menu to purchase your Raw Vegan Detox Box.
3. Be sure to email me with your food choices!
Everything is made organic, raw, vegan, fresh, and delicious! My personal chef service differs from others in that I provide gourmet raw vegan food. Nothing is cooked or processed.
If you own a dehydrator, I will be happy to make gourmet raw meals that require dehydration.
Here's what to expect each week:
A clean kitchen with necessary counterspace is desired. Chef times fill up FAST, so please make your reservations early. The advance notice is required so that I will have time to soak/sprout the nuts/seeds/grains. I will purchase your fresh groceries on your chef day and come to your home with the food items and my equipment, prepare to "un-cook" the meals, packaging and labeling each delicious item just for you. After 3-5 hours (depending on the menu). I will leave your kitchen sparkling fresh and clean with your meals placed securely in your refrigerator.
You may choose the meals you'd like in your Detox Box which will last in your refrigerator up to 5 days (dehydrated meals last longer). Meals with (D) next to it require a dehydrator. Ask about Nut free meals!

Renee,
I am in no way upset about your posting this here, but just want to wonder why this is allowed when a post I put out was deleted. My post was a business idea for a raw-food apprentice and was only an idea....not even an advertisement. I was looking for feedback and advice in the event I wanted to hire an apprecntice. I'm not even looking for one yet.
I was told by Aleesha that no "advertising" was allowed.
I'd consider yours to be a blatant advertisement. Not that I mind, but why wasn't mine allowed?
