Level 1 and 2 Class Completed This Weekend - Look What I Made!
I completed the Level 1 and 2 class this weekend with Chef Renee! I had the best time ever learning more about raw foods, the lifestyle, preparing foods, and eating them! If anyone ever has a chance to take a class, or even better, one with Renee, I would totally recommend it!!! I feel like my life has forever been changed and can confidently continue on my raw food journey.
We made soooo much food and everything turned out absolutly delicious!!! Hubby even loved the dishes! Take a look at just some of dishes we prepared! A raw buffet, calzone sandwiches, chili, collard wrap, and corn chowder! More pictures to come!

Aaaahhhh!!!!! Sweet reminders of a FANTASTIC weekend!!!! It was SUCH a pleasure to be with you 3 whole days!!!! You have a gorgeous smile, beautiful eyes, and are just full of life! I'm SO proud of you for doing the "dreaded" Neti Pot!!!!! Go Girl!!! You're gonna be a fearless Instructor!!! I'm SO honored to have a part in seeing you blossom into a Raw Food Instructor!

My favorite recipe was the Pizza combination that she made up: (the middle pizza photo above)
I think it was: Raw Cheese, Maranara Sauce, Dried Pineapple, Red Bell Peppers, and Spinach. It was REALLY good!
I also LOVED the Smoothie combination that she made during her practice demo. I think she used: Spinach, Cacao Powder, Cacao Nibbs (crunchy surprise!), Frozen Organic Cherries...and...
Hummm, I think I'm missing something! 2 Husky Girl...help me out!!!

MysticTree: After eating our creations throughout the three day class and just freezing a few extra breads and crusts, I really only had leftovers for a day! Especially since hubby helped eat every last morsel after class! 
ReneeH: Awww, thanks again! I sure loved every second of it! Hmm, I don't think I did anything special to the pictures. I just selected the one I wanted to attach and hit the attach button. :) Oh, the missing ingredients were just banannas and vanilla.
Here's my Chocolate Cherry Chip Smoothie if you'd like to try it:
1 c. water
2 banannas
handful of spanich
1/4 c. cacao powder
1-2 tsp. vanilla
Blend until smooth.
Add 1 Tbs. cacao nibs and blend for a few more sections for a fun added crunch!
Mallory: How can I pick a favorite? Everything was just so yummy! But if I must, it was probably the papaya steak!
