my raw oats, sea spaghetti and raw seed mix arrived today. Also some onion bread but I think I tried this sort before and it's not very nice
fast day 12 here and due to break tomorrow. Lots of yummy things to break the fast with :)

12 days THAT's Awesome. Your food sounds yummy.
I was watching a Dan Mcdonald video "whats for dinner". They had a big plate of greens freshly picked with a homeade dressing. Orange, tomato, and yellow pepper. they sat there and dipped the greens. It looked so simple yet so good. This is my dinner tonight. Dandelion and other greens dipped in dressing. I can't stop thinking about it.

Hey Mystic...do you plan to continue fasting? I feel like starting slowly with just water....midnight to noon tomorrow, an easy 12 hours. Gonna see how I feel at noon, but I really do want to go beyond that...we'll see...

I'm going to eat today and tomorrow and I want to do smoothies and soups and try out the tomato hummus recipe I saw etc. I will come back to fasting but I'm not giving up food! :) oh, and for the record, I lost a total of 16 pounds in the past 12 days.

My first easy fasting 12 hrs is nearly complete. Just water is too much for me, I think. But, I feel able to do the Master Cleanse again! So, I'm moving on to Lemonade at noon today. Just feel like giving my system a short break.

I hope you enjoy it. I just had a small salad with all the usual suspects plus sea spag. Nice but I didn't finish it. Too much .

Stopped back home for a few days, then back outta town for the rest of the month it seems.
I've stuck to raw in the shared workers' housing, and so far no one's asked why/how I eat. which is just fine by me.
Now that the rainy months have arrived, can anyone share their favorite get-warm foods? Someone mentioned liquorice tea (which I'll stock up one before leaving town again).
What about Halloween theme recipes? Um, can one eat pumpkin raw? Raw pumpkin pie anybody?
