    that illustrates my point well. You say miscombined but it isn't miscombined for me or Revv - it's miscombined for you it would seem and others too from what I have read on RFT but was it ever thus? Have you always had a poor constitution?

    Of course l realise it is Alissa's forum. As l always said, Alissa's methods are much better than SAD, that's one of the main points of her teachings, + it l would imagine it makes the transition to raw vegan much easier for many people. So yes, her methods serve a good purpose and probably get many into raw who might not have got into it if the raw diet was more boring.

    An incombined meal is an incombined meal. The science is there to support that.
