I just started a raw diet last week (but cheated this weekend!). I've been vegan for 4 years and figured I might as well follow an even more extreme diet while I'm at it No, I'm trying to balance my hormones and be healthier in general. Right now I'm struggling with cravings, but I got rid of all the cooked food in the house, so hopefully that will help.
For now I'm mainly drinking green smoothies and eating some fruit as snacks. I ordered a juicer too and I think I may try a juice fast.
Anyway, I'm just hoping I can stick with this.
