    Default Goldenberries!

I won 2 pounds of raw, organic goldenberries from Raw Guru dot com! They just arrived via Fedex! What do I do with them? Are there any recipes out there incorporating them? Would love some help. I've got a lot to use!

what is a goldenberry? I'm off to google that. I'm guessing it might be a cape gooseberry as we call them. Brb

Ok. They are. They are something I want to try to grow in order to be able to taste them at their best - bush ripened. I think I would just eat them as they are or in a fruit salad walnutty. Maybe you could make ice cream or sorbet out of them.

I am thinking granola bars. They are very tart, not my favorite flavor, but with some seeds and cacao nibs they would probably be really good!
