Default Hi guys... 30 day fast vs 30 day raw?

Hi guys, as the title says 30 days fast vs 30 days raw. I have a few pounds i need to go from my abdominal. So is it a fast or raw? the way i should go for 30 days. 30 days raw 100% how much pounds can i lose?

You would be better off learning how to eat right before you try a fast.

A fast shouldn't be treated as merely a quick way to lose weight because if you don't stay on a diet of mostly all fruits and vegetables after your fast is over, you will likely put the weight back on quickly. Also some of the weight loss in a fast is due to little or no salt during the juice fast (less water retention) and because of your intestines emptying out. When you start eating again you will gain back several pounds which is normal.

So you might want to try going raw vegan first, and then try fasting in the future.
I'd rather eat vegan and look like a tree than eat cow and look like a pig.

I agree with Gianni. Raw first. Though neither raw nor fasting is really a weight loss option. It's more that weight loss is a side effect from living right - it's a long term thing not a 30 day thing really.
