Since soy apparently messes up your estrogen levels if you eat too much of it, how do you how much that is? I'm trying to cut back on the amount of soy I eat to see if it improves the heaviness of my periods, but I don't know how much I need to cut back on to see a difference. It's in EVERYTHING. Even simple things like salad dressings (which I try to make my own when I can) has soybean oil (organic, of course) as the first or second ingredient. I cut out soy-based yogurts altogether, which I was eating several times a week, and have been trying to pay attention to what has soy. How much soy starts disrupting hormones?
